The indoor charcoal grill is designed for grilling meat, vegetables, mushrooms, and more on charcoal. It combines the advantages of a closed oven and a grill. It operates only on wood charcoal and can be used indoors. The grill has the appearance of a sealed chamber. The chamber is made of heat-resistant steel with a thickness of 5 mm. The front frame is made of heat-resistant stainless steel with a thickness of 5 mm. Inside the chamber, there are guides for the grill and a stand for skewers (not included in the kit). At the bottom of the chamber, there is an ash drawer. Above the drawer, there is an air deflector. By turning the handle, you can adjust the airflow. At the top of the chamber, there is a damper with a spark arrester. The damper is used to regulate the airflow. The spark arrester has a labyrinthine shape to trap sparks and soot. The grilling chamber is installed on a welded frame and covered with stainless steel panels. On the front door, there is a thermometer that displays the temperature inside the chamber. For transportation, the grill is placed on a wooden pallet, wrapped in stretch film, packed in a cardboard box, and cushioned with a wooden box.
