BOI series food boilers are designed for boiling water, cooking broths, soups, compotes, beverages, etc. The boilers are used in catering establishments both independently and as part of a technological heat line. The boilers are not intended for making gel-like products with a thick, dense liquid structure (jam, jelly, jam, preserves, mousse, etc.).
